Experienced Medicaid and/or Trusts & Estates Paralegal Opportunity

Our firm is in search of a Medicaid and/or Estate Administration Paralegal to join our team who has 3 or more years of experience, which should include a strong knowledge of Medicaid applications and the process of applying for Medicaid benefits, including the gathering of required documentation and the forensic analysis of all financial documents; and an understanding of the process involved in trust and estate administration/probate.
In addition to a strong technical background in our areas of practice, an ideal paralegal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent written and oral communication skills, be dependable, demonstrate a commitment to the development and maintenance of outstanding client relationships, demonstrate compassion amongst our team as well as with our clients, and conduct oneself with integrity and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Burke & Casserly, P.C., offers a competitive compensation ranging between $50-60,000 annually depending on experience, and benefits package including medical, vision, retirement plan, flexible spending account, paid time off, payment of CLE fees, seminars, licensing, membership dues as well as other intangible benefits.
